3. Scope of Work: Our firm will provide a detailed scope of work, timeline, and budget for each project, which will be approved by the client before work commences.

4. Payment: Clients agree to pay for all services rendered by our firm as per the payment schedule outlined in the scope of work.

5. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to the design work created by our firm will remain the property of our firm, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Confidentiality: Our firm will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any information to third parties without the client's express consent.

7. Liability: Our firm will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the client as a result of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

9. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

10. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
